Who Is Zack Childress
Zack Childress is highly respected in our community of Real Estate Investors and on a national level. Zack has been a full-time investor for over 25 years and has seen the good markets and the bad markets and invested in all of them. He is a true Veteran when it comes to understanding market cycles and how to capitalize on them. Zack lives right here in the Huntsville area, and he has been investing in our local area for the past 16 years.
Zack is the President of the Madison County Real Estate Investors Association. Zack has been sharing with others how to find financial freedom through Real Estate Investing in our local area for over 17 years.

Is it actually free?
Yes. No cost, no card, nothing to buy at the door. We have run free beginner classes for years and it is how most of our members first found us.
Do you offer other classes?
Yes, we have many different classes, meetings, and workshops. We have our free monthly meetings, free coffee with investors meetings, Free Zoom meetings, and we offer 3-Day Workshops for those who want to go deeper in their education.
Do I need money or good credit?
No, and no license either. The biggest reason people never start is that they think those are requirements. Money is everywhere. The class is about learning where it is, how to get it and who to get it from.
Where is it held?
Huntsville Event Space, 713 Arcadia Cir Suite A, Huntsville, AL 35801. Parking is on site and doors open at 9:00 AM - come early, get coffee, get a seat up front. Directions come in your confirmation email.
How long does it run?
Three and a half hours - 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM - and I stay afterward for questions. Come a few minutes early so you can get a seat up front.
Can I bring my spouse or partner?
Please do - this works a lot better when you're both in the room. Just register them separately so we set out enough chairs.
